90-day e-Visa for Vietnam
Whether you need this visa depends on your passport. Russian citizens may stay up to 45 days visa-free — that regime runs until 14 March 2028 — so for them this visa covers trips longer than 45 days. If your country has no visa-free arrangement with Vietnam, it is the visa you need for a trip of any length.
About this visa
It allows one entry and a stay of up to 90 days. One important detail: it becomes valid from the arrival date you specify, not from the date of issue — so the date has to be right, and it cannot be changed later.
The 45 visa-free days cannot be extended once you are in the country: if you plan to stay longer, the visa is arranged before departure. Separately from the visa: since 22 June 2026 every foreigner fills in an electronic arrival card at all international airports in the country — it is not a visa and does not replace one, but without it there will be questions at the border. We handle that too.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a visa for Vietnam?
It depends on your passport. Russian citizens may stay up to 45 days without a visa, and that regime runs until 14 March 2028. For a longer stay — or if there is no visa-free arrangement for your country — you need the 90-day e-visa. Choose your citizenship on the visa card and the site will show what applies to you.
What is the Arrival Card?
A compulsory online form: since 22 June 2026 every foreign national fills it in at all international airports in the country. It is not a visa and does not replace one — we can file it for you.
How long does a Vietnamese visa take?
5–7 working days. It is best to apply 14 days before departure.
Can the 45 visa-free days be extended once I am there?
No. If you plan to stay longer, the visa has to be arranged before you fly.
